The three new seasonings CURRY BASIS combine full, typical flavour with perfect consistency. The generous proportion of the best spices provides a characteristic taste, as you would expect from a delicious curry. Simply prepared with coconut milk, water and the desired ingredients, you serve your guests a classic yellow curry, a full-bodied spicy red curry or a tangy green curry with a fine and fresh note in no time.
Mix 0.5 litres of water with 0.5 litres of coconut milk and 80 g CURRY BASIS (100 g with CURRY BASIS yellow), cook with the desired ingredients (1 kg) for 2-3 minutes - ready.
For classic, fruity curry with a slightly tangy and full spicy note. Fine and very homogeneous consistency.
For red curry with clear spiciness and particularly full aroma. Fine and very homogeneous consistency.
