The new RAPS goulash paste fully lives up to the status of goulash as one of Austria's culinary sanctuaries: deliciously round and full-bodied, intense paprika flavour, particularly creamy and with an inviting dark red colour. The Viennese juice goulash is just as perfect with the RAPS goulash paste as the classic potato goulash or the popular sausages with juice. Simply stirred with water, the fragrant goulash sauce is prepared in no time. Due to the special spice composition and the pasty consistency, a time-lapse effect is achieved: The goulash already has the full-bodied characteristic after preparation, which otherwise only occurs after the second warming up.
Very important: no added flavour enhancers, no allergens requiring declaration and also suitable for vegetarian dishes.
Mix 250 g goulash paste with 1 kg meat, add 1 litre of water and simmer for about 3-4 hours.
